Flick-it Fishing Charters offers personalised and guided fishing charters that focuses primarily on cast and retrieve lure fishing, using soft plastic and hard body lures. Based out of Bundaberg, our fishing charters target all river and impoundment species such as Flathead, Bream and Mangrove Jack as well as Bass and the almighty Barramundi.
The Boat
Flick-it Fishing Charters operates out of an 18 foot Bass Cat Margay, powered by a 150hp Mercury outboard motor.

Our Fishing Destinations
Flick-it Fishing Charters is based out of Bundaberg and offers customised charters in various fresh and salt water locations. Imagine chasing Flathead in the saltwater one day and the illusive meter plus impoundment Barramundi the next.
Saltwater
The saltwater charter locations offered by Flick-it Fishing Charters include the Kolan, Burnett, Elliott and Burrum Rivers, as well as Baffle Creek.

These mangrove-lined estuaries of the Bundaberg region hide Cod, Mangrove Jack, Bream and Barred Javelin, while their shallow sandy flats are home to Whiting and Flathead.

Freshwater
The freshwater charter locations offered by Flick-it Fishing Charters stretch throughout the Wide Bay and Burnett Districts and include Lake Monduran, Lake Gregory, Cania and Wuruma Dams as well as the upper regions of the Burnett and Mary River catchments.
Targeted freshwater species include Australian Bass, Golden Perch (Yellowbelly), Saratoga and the iconic Barramundi.

Terry Allwood is your guide who has 15+ years of experience fishing in the fresh and saltwater chasing everything from Bass and Barramundi in the fresh, to Bream, Flathead and Mangrove Jack in the salt.
Formally ranked the number one Tournament Bass Pro angler in Australia, Terry now provides private estuary and impoundment cast and retrieve lure fishing charters and education.

Terry can assist novice anglers to learn new skills including casting, knot tying and how to work soft plastic or hard body lures. Alternatively, if you are a seasoned fisherman he can just put you on the spot and let you do what you do best.
